Transmit is engineering design consultant focusing on building utility design located in Jakarta, Indonesia. According to regulation PP No. 16 tahun 2021 construction work methods that are required to adopt Building Information Modelling (BIM) are those that are categorized as technology-intensive (Padat Teknologi) and capital-intensive (Padat Modal). According to Permen PUPR No. 22 tahun 2018 regarding Bangunan Gedung Negara (state buildings) Tidak Sederhana (not simple), with criteria of an area exceeding 2,000 square meters and more than 2 floors, mandates the use of BIM.
